BUSINESS ANALYSIS 2 Executive Summary Holidays Inc. is the reputed airline company in Australia. It will expand its marketing services throughout the world with the implementation of a new information system for flight bookings and rentals. Customers of Australia will get benefits from the new information system of Holidays Inc. airlines including non-flight facilities. The company will launch a web application for the consumers by which they will get exciting benefits such as discounts on flight tickets, rental cabs, or in other non-flight facilities. The operation of the entire airline's system will be more smooth and efficient. BUSINESS ANALYSIS 4 Project Description Holiday Inc. is a well-known airline company in Australia, which provides mainly airline operations and services. Now the company wants to expand its services throughout the world including freight transport, food production, and airline operations as well. The company is looking for a new information system that will give support in everyday operation and services of airline systems. The travel service reservation system, flight reservation system, HRM systems, finance system, and marketing systems are included in this new information system. This information system will provide booking management services in the area of flight and travel service reservation system. Holidays Inc. will also offer non-flight facilities to their customers, such as travel insurance, travel activities, car hire, hotel, andother transport services through the implementation of new information system. The companythrough the HR management system will provide that will be included in the new information system of Holiday Inc.provides the benefits policy to its employees including insurance, profit sharing. The human resource management system will operate the training and recruiting process, which will provide recruitment functions in the company including available positions, application status. Holidays Inc. will also organize the training session for their new employee’s skill development. These new information systems can handle the financial transactions within the company. It will provide real-time account information and controls the billing process and the account summary of the customers (Williams, 2017). Holidays Inc. is the growing airline's company in Australia, which aims to provide quality services to the customers and the employee as well. The customer can select a cheaper travel package to save money with the best quality of services, where services will be provided through the new information system project.

Stakeholders of project There are mainly three types of stakeholders, who willbe involved in this project. On the other hand, customers will be the users of the services and facilities that will be provided by the Holiday Inc and thus will have a direct impact of airlines service, price and other additional benefits.
