INTRODUCTION
Business can be considered as a comprehensive unit which includes different types of functions
in order to achieve the main objectives of the organisation. All such internal and external factors
that effect business are termed as Business Environment. Internal and external factors influence
the business in a very long term that it may be result in loses of the firm. This study will help in
providing different types, sizes and scope of organisation that impacts on the macro
environment of the business. This report will present various types of interrelated functions and
the impact of the organisational structure on the main objectives of the business.

Different types, size and scope of an organization
Any business can be determined by the organized efforts of an enterprise who supply variety of
goods and services to consumers. So these enterprises may vary according to the size and scope
of the business. All the organizations generally run for the purpose of earning profits and long
term sustainable development of the business (Aithal, 2017). With this dynamic and changing
world, the demands and supply of the goods rapidly changes and also to meet with this growing
demands of the consumers, organization have to adopt various challenges. Organization can be
further categorized into three sub sectors such as public, private and voluntary. The main
objectives of the organization are generally differed as some businesses are operated with the
intention of earning huge profits but some organizations operate the business not for earning
profits. Such company's which operate huge business activities not for earning profits are called
as NGO's (Non Profit organization). Different types of organizations are discussed below:
