Hence, company focuses on both factors to get competitive advantages. This report describes the business environment in context of private, public, and non-profit companies. Moreover, it selects three companies for this report named Toyota, Vodafone, and St. John Ambulance. Furthermore, it presents the structure, size, objectives, and scope of these companies. It explains different model to assess the competitiveness of automotive industry such as Porter's five force model, PESTLE analysis, SWOT and TOWS analysis. It also connects the strength and weakness of Toyota Company with external factors. In the last, this report demonstrates the reflection regarding main findings.

It facilitates a number of products and facilities like digital television, fixed line, internet connection, and mobile telephony (Vodafone, 2017). Toyota Plc is a secondary of Toyota Motor Company. It was established in the year of 1965 which headquarter is established at Burgh Heath, United Kingdom. Toyota facilitates wide rangeof products as well as facilities named commercial vehicles, comfort vehicle with automobiles, and mechanism (Toyota, 2017). It is registered charity company which is established in the year of 1877. Companies headquarter is based in the UK. This organization delivers a distinct range of products and services like wellbeing with society facilities, first aid kits, along with learning and guidance facilities (St. John Ambulance, 2017).
