INTRODUCTIONBusiness environment refers to the analysis of both external and internal factors ofbusiness operations and activities in effective manner. It is combination of all various person,organization and other elements which directly impact on the firm. Its functions will affects oncompany productivity, profitability, growth and goodwill. These forms of components influenceall enterprise functions and activities effectively. Apple is the multinational company and itsheadquarter is located in Cupertino, California. Firm will design, creates and sale consumerelectronics and also give online services (Aterido, Hallward-Driemeier and Pagés, 2011). Theyprovide different products that include tablets, smartphones, iPod media player and iPhone in thelarge market to their customers. An enterprise will deal in different types of goods and servicesfor gaining attention of ideal buyers. The main purpose of this report is to understand differenttypes of organisation such as private, public and voluntary sector. Also analyse interrelationshipbetween SWOT and macro external factors. LO1P1Purpose and types of organisationThe main objective of every business enterprise is to earn maximum profit for increasinggrowth and reputation of company. An organisation also transfer all products and services whichare based on financial and non financial concepts. For using this, there are certain factors ofinternal and external such as workers, supply, demand, buyers and other existing elements thatwill directly or indirectly affects firm growth and success. There are different kinds of firmconstruction such as private public and voluntary sector that are necessary for the community. Private sector- It is that organisation which are run and operated by sole trader. The mainpurpose of this firm is to produce innovative and creative products for the whole society which isbased on latest trends. So that private sector are managed and controlled by groups or a singleperson whose aim is to maximise profitability by adopting effective strategies (Avramenko,2012). The main responsibility of private firm is to analyse legal structure before establishingbusiness functions and activities (Bill, Pasmore PhD and CMC, 2010). It is important forenterprise is to make license for their organisation before production of various goods thatinclude cigarette, alcohol and many other dangerous products which is harmful for the customershealth. The other significant formality is to registration VAT for smooth running of business1

activities and functions. For example Apple is private organisation which provide various typesof products and services such as personal computer, smartphones, iPod and some other. Anothermajor motive of this sector are given below:Production of different forms of goods according to the demand of consumers. The main aim is to gain trust of domestic and international customers. Try to establish reputation in marketplace by smoothly operating business for long timeperiod and also introduce innovative products. Apart from this, there are many other various forms of business enterprise which arelocated in large market area which are Partnership, Competitors, Sole proprietorship, Franchises.Public sector- This is that organisation which fully controlled and regulated bygovernment authorities. The main objective of this sector is develop whole society andcommunity. They also work on reducing discrimination and customers exploitation and warebuyers for any fraud activities (PESTLE Analysis. 2017). It will also provide profit to countryeconomy and give governing services to society whose basic motive are as under: Satisfy needs and wants of customers in better manner. Gives quality products at reasonable and affordable price. Focus on protecting rights of poor people by applied laws and regulations which providecorrect information regarding their power. For example, Nestle is public sector which provide food and drinking products to theircustomers. They sell around 29 brands in all over the world (Craig and Campbell, 2012). Itfounded in 1866 and they provide baby food items, coffee, tea etc. Voluntary sector- It is that organisation which works for welfare of whole society andtheir people. It is controlled by government but is regulated by group of team voluntarily. Thecompany can nit pay any type of salary amount to their employees but they work voluntary forthe society people. An organisation will spend most of their time in analysing situations, makeeffective strategies and develop new idea for helping poor people. For example, Oxfam isvoluntary enterprise which is based in UK and they mainly focus on decreasing poverty rationand increasing living standard of poor people.
