2010). On the other hand micro business environment consist with micro factor such as supplier,
employees, investors, competitors etc. In this project, business environment and its various
component has been systematically discussed with respect of Marks and Spencer. It is one of the
most leading retailer in the UK which delivers high quality of customer products like clothes,
home ware good, accessories etc.

Private organisation consists of all profit businesses that are owned and managed by
individual. These companies are considered as small entity. In such types of firm owners'
liability is limited to their shares. The organisation have 50 employees or even few shareholders.
