Ryanair is the large company which has various functional units with the assurance that
there is smooth functioning. These functional areas works inter relatively with each other so that
effective outcome can be brought. The interrelationship of departments in Ryanair is narrated
below-
Marketing and human resource- The marketing department of Ryanair is mainly
involved in promotion of the offering of company and plans such strategies which can
help in beating the competition and taking edge over the competitors. On other side, the
human resource unit has the work to hire such talented and skilful personnel in the
company so that the organizational goals are achieved. They both together work with
each other wherein the HR unit recruits the creative and talented workforce in marketing
unit so that effective strategies of marketing can be framed in order to gain high profits. Finance and Production- The finance unit of Ryanair is entrusted with the task to
allocate the budget to all functional units and manage the finances of the organization so
that its functions are carried on in smooth and effective manner. Whereas the production
department of Ryanair works to produce such products for the passengers which includes
food, beverages etc. for which it requires sufficient funds to manage its operation. The
financial unit allocate sufficient funds to this unit so that it is working can be carried out
