INTRODUCTION
Business and business environment is the collection of external and internal factors such
as customers and employees are needs and expectation, demand or supply of innovation and
management activities are sets in the business and its environment. The present study is
discussed by the various companies those are private, public and voluntary firms. The present
study is based on “Ford-way solutions” is the IT installation and support company. It is consider
in the small to medium sized business. Study lays emphasis on the different types of organisation
and its purpose. This will shows the size and scope of every organisation factors and its
organisation structure or function with it vision, mission and objectives. Those are help to run
their business smoothly. Report will also discussed by the PESTLE model for analysis the macro
business environment is impact on business. It is also highlighted by the SWOT and TOWS or
its interrelations are help to analysis those factors which impact to the business and its decision
making.

Different type of organisation with its purpose and growth.
There are various types of organisation which are established for earn money and build
profit from their business. The different companies like private (profit sector), public (no profit
and loss sector) and voluntary firm (non-profit sector) are as follows with its growth and
purpose:
Public company
The public company is owned and run by the government. This company is provide their
product and services to customers without charges. That type of firms are provide their whole
services to customers without taking any charges (Beatty, Samuelson and Abril, 2018). Like
NHS is the public organisation, this provides the free medical services to customers and their
local clients. This company has their purpose is to serve social and political purpose not to
commercial. This company is solve the various problems of their customers those are related to
their health and protection. NHS is growing fast at their local area.
Private company (Profit sector)
The private sector firms are established for the earn money and gain profit from their
business. This sector is important part of the economy in that product and services are produces
