INTRODUCTION
Business environment is a mixture of internal and
external factors that put a huge impact on organisation’s
growth and success. WALMART is the chosen organisation
here that involves various types of business organisations,
their size and scope as well as vision, mission and business
objectives.

P1. TYPES AND PURPOSE OF BUSINESS
ORGANISATION
Business organisations are established by their owners
for a specific purpose or aim which they want to achieve from
their target market. Business enterprises are divided into three
categories, that is, public, private and voluntary sector.

and local government. Public sector is the part of economy

environment: -
The term international business relates with all those
business activities which are involved in transactions
of goods and services among two or more countries.

P2. SIZE AND SCOPE OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF
BUSINESS ORGANISATION
In competitive market, business organisations are segregated into three categories, that
is, small, medium and large.
You need to use the same firms as chosen in P1 and required to define their
background, products/services they provide, size and scope of organisation,
vision and mission, business objectives, organisational and legal structure
along with information about their stakeholders.
You have been asked to provide stakeholder map with brief explanation.

 Small sized business enterprise – It has been stated that, small business owners
are always been the backbone of UK’s economy. For example- ANS group is
small business enterprise of UK. Its mission and vision is to earn long term
growth from competitive market.
 Medium sized business enterprise - Medium sized business organisations are
dealing with state level. For example- Studer Group of UK is come under such
kind of business enterprises. Its main vision is to attracting more clients by
giving them better health care treatments.
 Large size business organisation – Such organisations are concerned with global
and domestic market. For example- WALMART is come under the type of large
business organisation. The vision of this is to become world's largest number one
retail industry.
