Introduction
Business environment defined as the analysis of both
external and internal factors which directly impact on
business operations and its functions in proper manner. All
the required functions are affect the enterprise profitability
and increasing growth and success within an organisation.

Different Types of Organisation
There are different number of organisation which have
various motives that includes public, private and
voluntary sector in the market place.

Private sector- This is an important part of economy which
are regulated and operated by private owners and help in
attaining maximum profit for fulfilling all needs and demand.
The example of private sector are ASDA organisation. These
enterprise have same and similar motives which expand their
business operations and functions in the large marketplace.
Purpose:
 They can continue their business for long time period.
 Try to build reputation in the market area for gaining
attention of more customers

Public sector- It is the public organisation which are
regulated and controlled by only government and authorities.
For example, Nestle is the public organisation which is based
in UK and provide various services and offers to the
customers.
Purpose:
 To provide health care services with charge of less
amount.
 Complete the basic requirements of society
 Provide facility for whole society with required services

Voluntary organisation- The other main objective of this sector is
to provide required services and funds to the poor and needed
people for the welfare of them. For example, NHS is the voluntary
sector which works in the UK. They give services for needy
individual for fulfilling all required demand and needs in the
community.
Purpose:
The main motive is to serve services to the poor people who are
old in age, disabled, mental and other individual in the society.
The other aim is to protect people from exploitation such as child
labour, exploitation of women and other crimes controls.

Legal structure
Private sector- Legal structure that are as under:
Management-The final decision must be taken by top
management of an organisation and also control and managed
all functions and activities of the firm in proper manner.
Finance- Personal investment will be done by owners of sole
traders. The company funds are increased by selling of
market share.

Public sector- Legal structure which are as follows:
Management- It can be controlled and managed by
authorities and government bodies.
Nationalisation- Should required to be nationalised through
acquiring licence to the government.
Finance- The government provide funds for maintaining
and welfare of society or public services.

Size and Scope of Different Organisation
Private sector- ASDA store is the British retailer company
which provide different types of products and services for the
customers. The annual revenue of firm is approx. 6.7 billion
and it is the second largest supermarket British chain in the
current market place. An organisation are cover location in
almost 631 in all over the world.

Public sector-Nestle is the multinational firm which provide
various kinds of goods and items such as drinking products,
child goods and some other. Approximately $4.5 billion
revenue of referred corporation help in grow and expand the
business operations and its functions in effective manner.
There are almost 82000 employees who works for achieving
desired goals and targets properly.

Voluntary sector- Oxfam serve various products and services
to the needy and poor persons. They has approximately 51
stores where firm will give different kinds of investment and
commodity. Experts are provide subsidize which is almost 4.2
dollars and they spend these amount for help the required
people. In this, approximately 3000 workers who are works
for give services to the country people by their willingness.
