Further, it will outline the scope and size ofM&S in comparison to voluntary enterprise which is Oxfam the charitable organisation of UK.Moreover, the report will evaluate the relationship between organizational functions which areenhanced by the organisation in order to attain determined goals and objectives. Thus, the reportwill recognize the internal and external factors of M&S, by using Swot and Pestle analysis.
