and SUVs for its subsidiary firm that is Volkswagen. It is British company which has
headquarter in UK and provide services worldwide. This report defines different types and
purpose of organisation which has variance size, scope and objectives. In organisation there are
functions which has relationship with each other and help administration to achieve goals within
defined time (Aterido, Hallward-Driemeier and Pagés, 2011). Along this, macro environment
elements which has positive and negative impact on business are analysed with help of PESTEL
analysis. Thus, internal and external analysis provides supports to executive to take appropriate
