INTRODUCTIONBusiness management can be defined as controlling, leading, monitoring and planningactivities to run an organization. The purpose of organization is to provide goods andservices to public. 51% of total share is hold by government in public company. For exampleTesco,. It is the public limited company which is providing groceries and general merchandiseproducts to consumers across the world (Booth, 2018). The public sector provides three types ofproducts and services that is public, merit goods and essential services. The company is to paythrough taxation for public and merit products to central government. They are also pay tax forservices to the local government. The organization are agencies that delivery public programs,goods, services but operating by government and often their sources of revenues to direct publicfunding. The public sector focused on providing general public and looking after their interests.They are also focusing on addressing public concerns (Butler, and Wilson, 2015).Private Organization: The private organization which are provide services for making profits.The purpose of private organization is profit maximization. Google is multinational technologycompany which specialise in internet related services and products. All business decision aretaken by the shareholders.
