INTRODUCTION The principle of managerial planning and enterprise growth will create the term of knowing of business and marketing for the management. The management consider in this report is Chobani. As it is an American food company that was established in the year of 2005 in New York(Maheshwari, 2021). The following report will concentrates on skills and abilities that are required to enhance the academic and professional field of the career as effectively and efficiently. MAIN BODYSelf confidence–As it is important for me to have while selling of goods and services to consumers as it will help me prepare myself to face any issue and will overcome it probably. My confidence help me to present my functions and operations and will deal with ascertain conditions that might maximise and decline it and some days I might feel more confident as compare with others.Team working–As the good team work will supports me to create high set of morale in Chobani that makes me my group members highly productive and in the end it will enhance our skills. In management of Chobani I perform an excellent teamwork by which solving of issues will be easy for us. As my group members have diverse ability and knowledge by which we perform together to create an advanced solution.Decision making- Problem solving and decision making are termed as one part. I will not resolve an issue with no manner of decisions. As there are two basic sort of decision makers. I consider an organized, reasoning approach as on the other side there are unlogical sections too. I will maintain high set of sections and orientated manner to address the issues and will frame decisions accordingly with the motive to overcome it.Communication– High set ofcommunicationwill supports me and my group members to perform my task together as smoothly (Vogel, and Widz, 2021). It will also assist me to know what is happening in management as in terms of visitors, workers, or anyone else. As I communicate well with my group it will be easy to know the relevancy and accuracy.Negotiation skills–Itwill termed as a manner through which I will evaluate the differences. It defined as a procedure through which accommodation or understanding is
reached by neglecting disputation and conflicts. Negotiation abilities might be of great welfare in resolution various differences that develop among me and other group members.Leadership–I consider leadership skill with a suitable sections for leading an effective team. I should have good people skills to sustain in the field of the market(Ma, 2021). By maintaining my academic section of leadership it will be gain me higher set of credibility and respect. Time management skills–By maintaining an adequate term of schedule and arranged proper manner of time section it will be easy for me to get prepare as accordingly. CONCLUSION From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that, it is important to develop skills and abilities in individuals to maintain their dealings in the field of the market as effectively and efficiently.
