Introduction
Ethics is a subject of social science that is related with social values and
moral principles. Business ethics can be termed as a study of proper business
practices and policies regarding potentially controversial issues, such as
fiduciary responsibilities, bribery, insider trading, corporate social
responsibility, discrimination, and corporate governance. In this report
select company Coca Cola, is an American corporation, and retailer,
marketer and manufacturer of non-alcoholic beverage syrups and
concentrates.

In this pyramid a corporation has four types of responsibilities. The first one
and most evident is the economic responsibility to be gainful. The second
one is the legal responsibility to conform the laws set forward by society.
The third one which is closely linked to the second, is the ethical
responsibility. That is to do what is right even when business not obligate to
do so by law. The fourth one is the philanthropic responsibility.

Economic responsibility is to be profitable for principles by delivering a
good quality product at a fair cost due to customers. As a central status or
demand of existence, businesses have an economic responsibility to the
society that license them to be sustained and created. At first, it may seem
different to consider about an economic prospect as a social responsibility,
but this is what it is because business, society expects, organizations indeed
requires to be able to continue themselves and the only way this is possible
is by being gainful and able to incentivize shareholders or owners to invest
and have enough resources to continue in operation.

Analysis of coca cola on the basis of its
Commitments
Coca cola has admitted to a data breach after an employee stole dozens of
laptop over the source of six years. The stolen laptops went unnoticed
and contained the sensitive data of 74000 individuals. The employee
stole a total of 55 laptop from coca cola's Atlanta offices. Some of the
laptops belonged to a bottling company acquired by coca cola in
2010.

Recommendation
Carroll's pyramid four part important for corporate social responsibility to

CONCLUSION
In this report concluded that corporate social responsibility important part of
every organization, it helps to apply ethics in business. Code of conduct and
many other policies apply on Coca Cola that will conduct economical, legal,
social and discrimination responsibilities. Each policies plays important part
for justify policies and recommended that in Asian, African and European
world also apply in business organization.
