Technology and innovation are very important for the success of every organisation. So it
becomes necessary for organisations to manage innovation and technology effectively and
efficiently. Management of technology and innovation can be referred as an effective tool for
managers because it involves policies and strategies that are important for organisations to
manage technology and innovation (Asim and Sorooshian, 2019). The area of the research is
management of innovation and technology within a workplace in Aston Martin. It is chosen as
topic of present research due to its nature as it helps in achieving goals and objectives by
adopting advanced technology and implementing effective innovation. Technology and
innovation are that part of organisations which assist in completing different activities of
organisation effectively and efficiently. There are many challenges which an organisation face
during the management of technology and innovation in the workplace. When companies
become unable of managing innovation and technology because it puts pressure on employees as
they have to do activities by themselves which ultimately puts negative impact on the operations
of business as it gets delay in the production, marketing as well as sales process (Ungureanu,

organisation's information.
Limitations: While conducting questionnaire survey, researcher has faced some issues
where respondents have manipulated their answers according to their requirement and
need which has created problem in achieving objectives of research. So they tried to
maintain personal relationship with respondents so they could take out best outcomes.
