INTRODUCTION
The term "business" refers to a legal entity whose primary goal is to increase profitability
and revenue. And you're striving to determine how the external environment affects the
company's overall performance. the organisation Dyson was founded in the year 1991 and has
its headquarters in the United Kingdom. This paper will discuss the many sorts of organisations,
as well as their scope and history. It will also examine the interrelationships between various
departments and evaluate the various external elements. A SWOT analysis will be undertaken to
better understand the internal environment.

and legal structures.
There are different type of organization which are explained as follows:
Public organizations
such organization supply services to the public for the benefits of public and the different types
of public organizations are and listed below:
Central government- such business entity are fully controlled by the government.
State government- In this organizations managed by state government.
Local government: Such business entities controlled by local government
Example: British Broadcasting Corporation
Private business organization
Different types of private businesses are explained as follows:
Sole proprietorship- it is the business entity which is owned by the single owner. In this the
whole liability is of individual only.
Partnership- it is managed and owned by the two or more people. In this partner share their
profit and liability as per theirs ratios that fixed in deed.
Companies- it is separate legal entity having perpetual succession. In this management is done
by directors.
Purpose: the sole purpose of private organization is to generate higher profitability and work for
their own benefit.

Example: Dyson Ltd.
Voluntary organization: To generate amount for benefit of society is the motto of such firms
Trust- In this one person assist their asset to another with the intention to put to use for the
benefit of society.
Unincorporated association- It is formed by two or more people with religious , charitable ,
social and noncommercial purposes.
Purpose-the primary goal of respective company is to provide advantage to society irrespective
to make profit.

Different type of organization on the basis of their size:
Micro-enterprises have fewer than nine employees and a turnover of less than two million
pounds per year.
Small- a company with ten to 49 employees and a revenue of less than ten million pounds.
Medium-sized businesses have 50 to 250 people and generate roughly 50 million euros in
revenue.
Large: a company with more than 250 people and a revenue of 250 million pounds is
considered large.
Dyson Ltd
Background: It is a multinational corporation that began operations in the United Kingdom in
1991 and specialises in home appliances.
Services/items offered: The company primarily manufactures and designs household devices
such as air purifiers, heaters, hair dryers, bladeless fans, and hand vacuum cleaners.
Vision: The company's vision statement is to provide high-quality products to their clients so that
they can stay in business.
Dyson's goal statement is to inspire the next generation of engineers by providing mentorship,
materials, and funding to help young people get their hands on problems so that they may solve
them appropriately.
British Broadcasting corporation
Background: It is the United Kingdom's national broadcaster, with headquarters in London's
Broadcasting House. HM Government established the firms in 1922.
