2.3 Critical analysis of the complexities of different types of business structure The organisation has the proper structure. And these structures helps in achieving the organisational goals. There are different types of organisational structureless. In the functional organisational structure, it works in the small business and each department are very good and excellent in their fields like human resource department is good in recruitment and the selection,and good in giving the training to the employees. The finance department very well know that how to manage the finance. In the divisional structure, the large companies that operate the wide ranges of business they divide the work in the smaller groups. Like in Human resource department there are many people Some for recruitment, some for election and for the training an development. An in sales and the marketing department, some employees are for the sells, some are for the online marketing etc. From the division of the work the burden will be reduced. In the matrix structure, it is the combination of the functional and the divisional organisational structure. It is used in the large companies. And it is beneficial for the functional organisational structure and the divisional organisational structure.
