INTRODUCTION
This documentation, review about to the different types and purpose of organisation such
as private, public and voluntary and they also show the legal structure of Longueville Manor
hotel. Furthermore, we will discuss about to the size and scope of a range of different types of
organisation such as public private and voluntary sector and this study also review about the
relationship between organisational function and how they are linked to the organisational
objectives and also structure of Longueville Manor organisation as well. Moreover, This
assignment define about identification of negative and positive impact in the micro business
environment that has upon the business operations also furnish supportive example of it. This
investigation review about to the PESTLE analysis of Longueville Manor hotel and also SWOT
analysis of the chosen organisation effectively.

and legal structure for the chosen organisation
Each business is concerned about to the exercises which is concerned about process of
skills and knowledge of business towards the fulfillment of each of their customers needs
effectively (Harmon and Trends, 2010). In an existing business there are several kinds of
business factors included like customers, resources and economy, suppliers, distribution, industry
value, substitutes and government activities and innovation and technical development in the
business. Longueville Manor is a UK based luxury hotel which have main purpose to furnish
luxurious hotel services to their customers in effective manner and fulfillment of each needs of
their customers in the market in sufficient manner.
Incorporated Organisation: Firm is acknowledged in law as separate legal entity which
is distinct from its directors and trustees. The corporate bodies can purchase land and can enter
into contracts in the name of company itself. Directors of firm are considered as separate entity
and are agents of the firm which are not liable for company's debts.
Public sector organisations: Public sector organisations are those which furnish effective
goods and services towards their existing customers by the government, nation and regional level
in the industry in more effective manner. These are the organisations which are mostly operated

by according the rule and regulation of the government and work for people welfare and
fulfilment of public expectation and demand in the industry in more efficient manner. In the UK,
in current times, there are several kinds of public sector organisations are running properly
within the country according to the government rules and regulation. They have main purpose to
provide appropriate product and services in the organisation in order to development of society
in more effective manner and also furnish security services towards their communities at
regional and national level in the UK efficiently. Moreover, their main purpose to operate in the
UK is delivering social services, securities, administration urban areas in the country and
conduction of national defences to the country's people effectively (David, 2011). The public
sector refers to all the businesses and organisations which are accountable to central or local
government. They are funded directly by the government and they tend to supply public services
rather than produce products for a profit. Government owns the ownership of the public sector
organisation. A company is a legal body in its own right with an existence that is separate in law
from its owner. The company will thus be sued and can be sue in its own name. Shareholders put
funds into the company by buying shares. The liability in public sector firm of each member is
limited to unpaid amount on their shares.

Local authorities
Customers
Trustees Service users.
There are following public sector organisations in the UK:
Audit commission.
AWE(Atomic weapons Establishment)
The cabinet office. The child support Agency etc.
Private sector organisations: Private sector organisation have major the purpose of their
operation for only generating profit from the market and they are not owned by the government
companies and operated according to the government ownership. Private sector organisation
