The different type of organisation that are competitors of South bank centre are as
follows as:
The Museum of Fine Arts(Private): It is the fifth largest museum in the united states
that is established in 1870, and its director is Matthew D. Teitelbaum , and it is a art
museum and contains 450,000 art works, with the most inclusive collection in America
(Cbe, 2018). The only metropolitan Museum of New York with 8,161 paintings. And the
World's most visited Art Museum of 2019. Museum is affiliated with The school of the
Museum of fine Arts at Tufts.
Arkansans Art Centre (Voluntary organisation): It is situated in MacArthur Park,
little Rock, Arkansas, USA. It was founded in 1960, the idea was began by the group in
1914 at the formation of Fine Arts Club and supporters and volunteers contributes to
Museum in 1937 in Little Rock's MacArthur park. It also have the occasional special
exhibitions, research library, Art education classes, gift shop, restaurant.
National Gallery of Canada(Public organisation): It was established in 1880 at the
Second Supreme court of Canada building and shift to Victoria Memorial Museum in
1991. The director of Art museum is Alexandra Suda. It includes the work collection
from Europe, Asian, Canada and indigenous Canadian artist.
Growth of international creative and cultural enterprise environment: These are the
national art organisations, where creative growth refers to the generation of knowledge and

Stakeholders- The sales and purchase, exhibition of art and collection from that exhibition
are the stakeholders. There are some name of stakeholders like gallerists, collectors and
curators. Collectors are those who have love towards the art and they collect it from the art
museum. While curators are those who handles the displays and loans to educate and
inspire the people.

The different departments of the art and Museum are as follows as: Marketing and HR: Marketing and HR department of Arkansans Art Centre somehow
related to each other as both focus on long terms strategies with continuous change and
improvement (McShane, 2018) Where these department leads to maintain the
excellence, commitment, motivated, focused employee through their strategies that helps
to achieve the target of the organisation as by these it is easy for the museum to collect
the art work pieces and manage the art gallery. . While marketing department of
Arkansans Art Centre deals with long term sales by promoting there art with more
enthusiasm. For that they need the best and talented staff which always comes with new,
different and attracted strategies by this the objectives of the organisation is accomplished
as it helps to manage and control the values of all the artistic. And that is provided by the
HR department. With that the creative staff is formed which manage the strategies
formation.
Marketing and IT: Marketing and IT both are interrelated to each other as one set the
platform where the art gallery is directly presented in front of customer while other
provide the different strategies under which the product is differentiated in terms of other
