INTRODUCTION
Business environment , defined is the sum of total internal and external factors that
influence a business. business environments cover the operations suppliers, consumer groups,
media, government, market conditions, investors, technologies, trends and other multiple
business working eternally of business constitute its business environment (Botha and et.al.,
2014). The report will discuss about HLIFAX BANK and their the bank client manager provide
their services of different organizations which is private, public and voluntary and those services
such as loan, mortgage and other business.
The report will also discuss about purpose of different types of organizations and their
size and scope according to company The report is also comprised relationship between
organizations and their link to company objective and structure or identify the negative and
positive impact on business operations or internal and external analysis of specific organizations
to identify strengths and weakness and its interrelates with external macro factors. The main aim
of report to discus about how HLIFAX BANK can provide their service to different firm to start
business.
TASK 1
P1 Purpose of organizations in public, private and voluntary sectors
Many firms can start their enterprise to make profit and increased business growth and
different kinds of organizations have different purpose to start business. The HELIFAX BANK
in London provide their service to different type of organizations like public, private and
voluntary all those firm have different purpose to start business organization and the HELIFAX
BANK provide their service to those firms such as commercial enterprise service which include
commercial banking, investment banking and market personal financial service.
In business, some companies start business to earn profit like public limited companies
and some firms start business for social care like home care, N.G.O. or many companies start
business for public safety and their profit like metropolitan police (Deasy and et.al, 2017). Etc.
in business industry three types of organizations which public private and voluntary have
different aim to operate business that discuss below-
Private Tesco- The Tesco have main purpose to make profit and start business on small
platform and HELIFAX BANK provides them financial services to make growth in

business. Tesco have super market business and have many goods and more money to
invest in business. HELIFAX BANK provides services to Tesco to provide loans and
mortgage services to pay instalment per month. Tesco also having mortgage service to
take legal agreements for lends and property. The bank also helps to provide investor
which help to build business and make profit of them. The organizational structure to
employeesis took responsibility to handle customers and the manager of Tesco ensures
working of their employees and takes responsibilitiesfor customers problems and their
complaints.
Voluntary cancer research- Cancer research have main purpose to provide social care
like the organizations care cancer patient and recover them faster. The firm use many
expensive resources to make therapies for patients and they also use high-level treatment
which has high cost. The HELIFAX BANK helps cancer research firm to have loans for
high-level expensive services and the organizations serve their patients to free service and
proper care. The many procedure in bank which help the patient also like insurance
service and policies which gives facilities to patents family to secure life. The voluntary
organizations main aim to provide the service which is meeting to serious diseases like
cancer (Charter ed., 2017). The bank will provide help to maintain the medical treatment
to all patients like they give loan and mortgage service where doctors are having many
resources which is beneficial to the patients like new technology have different machines
which help to recover patient faster.
Metropolitan police- The public organizations main purpose is to provide services for
public safety as metropolitan police they serve their service for public people like any
crime are occurred in city and the metropolitan police have duty to provide people
safety. The metropolitan police are municipal police of major metropolitan area. The
police force want any things which have to provide safety like and for those purpose the
firm asked to bank to having loan from the HELIFAX BANK in London.

to earn poof and organizations structure has to provide best service the customers.

The different types of organizations have different size and scope. Organizations can be
defined as group and structure set up with the purpose of achieving certain goals and objectives.

they operate. The most common things in those types of firm to look at their purpose and goals.
Range of legal structure associated with different forms of business like partnerships, sole traders
and private limited companies (Kolk, 2016). Many types of firms have different size like small
and large enterprise but their main motive is to earn profit in an organization.
Large enterprise- Large enterprise like Tesco has huge market in UK and it has large
enterprise in UK. Large main purpose of these organizations to make profit and the
Tesco operate private sector which mean they owned individual group entities and not by
the state government. However, it’s not the Tesco is not regulated by the state. Tesco
have many stores in UK and outside and their main purpose is to fulfil customers’
services. The main scope of the organization to make plan to increased customers and
retain long time. Tesco have different scope to retain customers like they present
attractive product for the organizations to satisfied their needs. Scope also define the
product development like Tesco always make changes in their products to present new in
market and gives verity product to the customers.
Small and voluntary organizations- The small enterprise like cancer research have
small size and their main motive to provide service to those people who have cancer. The
cancer research organisation have main motive provide social service in the society like
free treatment for the cancer patient. The organization research about the cancer and find
their exact treatments or the help organizations recover their patients faster. The scope of
the firm to identify the people who have cancer and give them treatment also awe the

have is government firm which provide service to the public safety (Cull and et.al.,

the safety for the public and give positive environments like the police department handle
all the crime in the public area like they catch thief and other criminal and give them
punishment. Mainly the metropolitan police are appointed to the war area and handle

handle security for city people and feel them safe.

do work with different work like their employees(nurse) are take care of patients. And Tesco
have objectives to provide the best service for the people like quality products and quality

safety and security to the city people. In the details discuss about the below-

Productions- Tesco organisation have production department which have to maintained the
productivity and to make effective product like in Tesco production department to take product
according to customers demands and those are linked to the organizations' requirements and for
the make products they take loan for the HALIFAX BANK which is to invest money on business
in their department. The main purpose of the organizations to make profit. The cancer research
relates to the production like they make various procedure and medical treatment which is effects
on patients' health like they make various medicines which helps to improve the patients' health.
And metropolitan police have no production department because they only serve their service for

Resource and development- the resource and development department have work in

accounting because marketing function include all kinds of department working.

Positive impacts- the Tesco have to take strategics decision to making planing in the

result are effective and build organisation growth and help to make goal in organisation

situation organisation require going beyond its set objective and policies which take

customer service and overall shopping experience. This organisation stands within top 100
brands and has a leading market.
Weakness: This company is lagging behind in web technologies. There is lack of experience in
market of smartphones and tablets. Price reduction strategies should be adopted by this company
so that more and more customers can aware of its products(Aterido, Hallward-Driemeier and
Pagés, 2011).
Opportunities :The weakness of this company should be used as a strong tool to lead in market.
Its good that this company is leading in entertainment market. Apart from this, market expansion
of its own branded smart phones and tables in foreign countries like Malaysia, South Korea,
Thailand and other related countries may lead this company to a better place. This company is
very good in grocery products so the benefits of this can be given to the people of poor
countries(Babatunde and Adebisi, 2012).
Threats: Global giants retailer are exploring their products by offering low prices with a wide
variety of products. Rising prices of raw materials are one the most threatening factors. Small
shops are opened by local people is a great threat for this company. Better strategies and

regarding their health and environment. A company can make good progress if their employees

Technological factors: The recent advancement of technology is very helpful in expanding the
