INTRODUCTIONBusiness environment of any business unit having the great complexities. There are theinternal and external factors which influence the organisation business operations. It also affectsthe organisation structure and the culture of the company. These factors involves economical,technological, political, and legal. To scanning a business environment helps to the company todetermining the development. There business environment is uncertain and continuously changesin the trends and preferences of the customers. It requires the effective strategies which helps tothe company to attain the organisational goals and objectives in a effective manner (DesJardins,2007). Additionally it also explained the different size and scope of the business and the role ofvarious functional department of the company. Toyota UK is one of the leading car manufacturerin UK. The company provide a wide range of products to its customers. The competitiveadvantage of the company is that the technological and innovative products and creative designas compare to its customers.TASK 1Organisation: A group of employees which are making their collective efforts in well designedmanner. These employees having their pre decided goals and they have to attain them inparticular given times and deadlines. They works in well structured management and makes theirefforts to achieve the target(Kelliher and Reinl.2009.). So this is a unit of peoples which is calledas a organisation. These organisations having their own purpose and it is pre-decided by theemployer or group of people who makes an organisation.Types of organisation: Four types of organisation are given below which are having their legalexistence;Sole Traders: This is a traditional way of business which is in the exist in the UK. These arenormal business firm who works and deals in normal daily routine work like; car washing,window cleaning and electric works etc(Cantwell, Dunning and Lundan.2010.). In this type ofbusiness they are having a single owner who manage their work and activities and this is a typeof business who have a single type of purpose to earn.Partnership: This is a another form of business and it is having minimum two partners whohave invested their money in single business and they divide their profits as they wants. Theseare have to be registered under Partnership Act. Partners can be joined and leave when they

wants. These firms having a purpose to make profits by collective efforts of partners. They canrecruit some employees if they are having more work load.Company: This is a biggest model of the business and they are having a particular structure forit. A company have to be registered under the Company Act of UK. They have board of directors,managers, several departmental managers and many employees.They are having different typeof different type of purposes after the gain of profit so they have to manage their whole work in aperfect manner(Johanson and Vahlne.2009.).Public Sector Company: A public sector company is owned by the government and they makeproducts which generally in use of pubic. They are listed in the stoke exchange. They are havingmain purpose to provide services to public and they are not having main purpose to make profits.Toyota is having their own purpose to make their vehicles more better and they arehaving a lot of engineering in the engine and design but they are making their more efforts tomake their car fuel effective and give a relax feel to their customer.Stakeholders are the part of the company which helps in to meet the organisational targets of thecompany. They are divided in to two parts one is internal and another is external. Toyota ishaving stakeholders which are:Employees: They are the main part of the company who makes vehicles and works in theassembling lines. They are working in the shifts and company is divided them in to three shifts.Company is giving them a good salary and incentives for their work and a good workingconditions to perform their work (Gebauer, Paiola and Edvardsson.2010.). They have theirtargets in the company and they have to meet it.Customers: Toyota is making changes in their cars according to the needs and demands of thecustomers. So they are the main base for their future cars. Toyota is making their efforts todesign their cars and performance of their cars as the demands of the customers. Customer'sneeds an objective for the company(Enshassi, Al-Hallaq and Mohamed.2006.).Suppliers: Company is having many types of suppliers and they are making parts of vehicles. Sothis is a duty of Toyota to give them a particular design and way to make the part of vehicle. Thisis an objective of a company to give them a full brief of their demands and make their paymenttime to time.
