HOLISTICO – Business Case for a Modern
Analytics Platform
SCOPE DEFINITION
Holistico is a health tech start-up in allied healthcare space which
represents almost a third of health workforce in Australia. Holistico’s
continued growth and robustness in the healthcare field has seen an
increase demand for the development of modern analytics platform to
support the rising challenges and opportunities. The CEO believes the
transformation will give Holistico’s service a competitive advantage.
Main Scope: Developing a modern analytic platform to meet the needs of
the growing demands of patients and provide analytics around the
completion of survey questionnaires for diagnosing ongoing health
concerns.
Out of Scope: Additional tasks and changes to requirements
STAKEHOLDER IDENTIFICATION
Holistico’s mission is to support practitioners to monitor patients with
chronic or acute pain throughout the treatment and reduce the rate of
dropping off prematurely during the process. Holistico currently uses
manual process of collecting PROMS, following up with patients and track

results for detailed analysis. The important stakeholders who will be the
key decision makers for the upcoming analytic platform implementation
are as follows:
Dr. Mei Weng (CEO) - Responsible for ensuring the analytics platform will
be aligned with the mission and complements the strategic goals of
Holistico. She is the sponsor on the project. Key stakeholder with high
interest in the project and influence.
Youssef Hakko (CTO) - Responsible for overseeing the solution
implementation and providing mitigation plans around possible risks. He
oversees the spend on the project and is a key stakeholder with high
interest and influence.
Misha Mehta (Lead Implementation Consultant) – Point of contact for the
deployment of the solution for Holistico. She and her team are responsible
tailoring survey questionnaires and working with various Allied Health
clinics to create monthly reports based on the surveys issued and
completed.
Peter Marriott (Product Manager) - Responsible for liaising with clinics to
get feedback at different phases of the implementation. Will be working
closely on a day-to-day basis with the consultants to ensure sprints are on
track and targets are met along with delivering value.

Other key stakeholders to be considered is Allied Health practitioners,
Allied Health Clinic owners and the patients.
TIMELINE IDENTIFICATION
Timeline for the project helps to plan and execute various stages to
ensure the milestone is met after each stage is completed. The total time
expectation for the project to be implemented and launched is within 6
months. The timeline provides an estimate time to be dedicated for each
phase along with ensuring sufficient time is allocated to identify risks
before progressing to the next.
