some for profit earning and some for employment purpose. The present report will focus on various
kinds of business organization like private, public and voluntary organization their size, scope and
legal structures. The report will cover Marks and Spencer which is one of the leading British
multinational retailers operating worldwide with about stores and online service. The report will
further cover positive and negative impact which macro environment have on business operations of
