Introduction Every organisation are classified into different categories such as public, private and voluntary. Public sector are those sectors which are governed or controlled by national, state or provincial and local governments. In private sector, industries and business are operated by private individuals. In the end, there is voluntary sector are non profits and non governmental organisations which work in the direction of improving and enriching society.
Different types of organisation and their legal structure Public sector:This area consist of public services and enterprise and provide services to people of country such as military, police, infrastructure (public, roads, bridges, water supply, etc), public transportation, education, health care, etc.

Size and scope of various kind of firms Public sector:It is governed by national, state and central government bodies. They offer different services as mentioned above to the people of country. They may overlap their business with private sector in providing certain goods and services. This overlap can be seen in health care sector, waste and water management, security services and providing shelters to homeless people.
