The given Video Business Case has been presented by Sara Salomone who is the director of
Finesse Consulting. The speaker of the video talks about the several issues that rose during a
particular Business capstone Project. Some of the issues for the concerned Business Capstone
Project has been depicted in the video. As described by the speaker of the candidate, the situation
was such that the business organisation was dealing with a candidate and the organisation also had
exclusivity over the concerned candidate. However, the situation was so much coincidental that the
client that the business organisation was dealing with was the same candidate who was familiar to
the business of the candidate from beforehand. The business organisation of the speaker in the video
had organised an interview for the candidate in the city of Perth. The specifications of the business
was that the candidate was to be selected as project director level contact with an offered salary
around half a million dollars. The interview was arranged in such a manner that thee candidate had
to go through a four stage process along with a Hogan’s assessment.
The references of the candidate were effectively collected by the business organisation to
facilitate the process. In the process of the interview, the business organisation came to know about
the fact that the candidate was much familiar to the client’s business and had previous connections
with that of the client. This is the major issue that the speaker’s business organisation. As the offered
