1.0Introduction Analysis regarding personal self helps evaluates various skills and knowledge pertaining to a domain(Roberts & Stark, 2008). It is useful after conducting a particular study that one is bale to critical appraise ones self-learning and capability development. In this current scope of reflection analysis, effective evaluation of experience has been undertaken to arrive at usefulness of the learning experience. Then a suitable course for further learning has also been paved that can allow to accommodate greater number of skills and capabilities. 2.0 Effectiveness and usefulness of the learning experience In the current scope of the study, there have a business case analysis where I had been provided with a real world scenario. While I was building this business case, there has been immense transfer of learning that has taken place. Effectiveness and usefulness of my learning was primarily related to analysing my practical application skills and capability. I have learnt several methods and techniques to analyse business case using concepts from various field. It was possible to apply those skills due to the presence of such learning experience. I am extremely indebted to my professors for guiding me to apply skills related to business cases. I have gained tremendous knowledge from analysis of this business case. Primary value of this experience from learning of this business case relates to development of my applicability skills. I can in the future easily analyse other business cases in an effective manner. Moreover I will also be able to apply this knowledge of mine when I am working in the industry for resolving critical business problems or in developing a framework for business related research to take place. 2. Ways this learning process will be useful Learning experiences not only serves effectively in development towards skills or knowledge rather they allow development of capability as well. In this course I have learnt ways in which literature review for analysis of a business case needs to be developed and also ways to develop its research methodologies. This learning will help further in the course for undertaking for business research program. I feel I have been capable of mastering over the program by means of undertaking this current course and research project. This program I feel will help me in my future career prospects, as I have gained competence to develop any business project case background. This course has allowed me to do develop skills of life in general as well allowing me to develop capabilities for application in the future. I am now capable of transferring as well as applying my knowledge along with insights for the future. I plan to take up further studies in the future and this development of skills will allow me to apply the same. I will not face any challenge while applying this skill in future course of study. I will not face any challenge if I take up research studies as well in the future. 3. Objective description of the learning process In the learning process there was large number of transfer of learning that took place. We were given class lectures and videos which allowed easily learning from visual as well as hearing interpretations. Moreover, through our class discussion I have able been able to pick up various skills that can be applied to business cases. We have been guided by the professor ways to apply skills in real world problems. Therefore, learning has taken place by incorporating of all sensory organs. Hence, there has been greater learning experience compared to the past. Page |3
4. Evaluation of learning While making the business research process there has been several observations that have taken place. I have realized that in order to analyse a business case or develop its literature framework, a thorough search through relevant journals and newspaper articles need to be done (Cheng & Chau, 2009). This Business Research was extremely useful to Research Learning Process, as I had a readymade problem that needed to be analysed. This case provided a benchmark in my learning process and allowed application of tools that needs to be applied in Business Research problem cases. 5. Learning Process The learning process I developed by means of undertaking this course was immensely productive. I was very happy to learn new skills and methods in business research case applications. I was extremely happy that I am now able to analyse any practical challenges that are offered by business in real world easily by means of a process(Silvia & Phillips,2011). Moreover, I learned ways to devise a time frame that can be applied while analysing business problems as often there might be time related challenges. Development of hypothesis allowed me to learn skills of analysing business problem cases by connecting its primary variable to secondary ones. While writing Assignment 1, I had to go through a number of articles and journals that included ideas pertaining to innovation. Then I had to connect ideas in those articles to the current case analysis. I had to develop research questions and framework by analysing several newspaper and journals news that covered Myers and David Jones case. For the purpose of analysing Assignment 2, I had to search several books and journals to understand ways I n which research methodology framework is developed. I had to understand Page |4

meaning of qualitative and quantitative studies along with various forms of research philosophies to arrive at the conclusion related to this study. 6.0 Plan of applying learning The research project undertaken in this course has significant amounts of learning impacts for the future. This project has allowed me to develop skills and knowledge that can be applied in the domain of research as well as professional field. In case I take up research for future project, then I will do so in the field of Business Research itself, where I will analyse practical business problems. Then I will easily be able to apply knowledge gained. Moreover, in my future profession, I will easily be able to resolve any cases pertaining to business problems. Most integral aspect of my learning has taken place in devising time schedules, whereby I have effectively been able to understand how to segregate parts of a project and then analyse the same.
