EXECUTIVE SUMMARYBusiness communication is sharing of information between people in and outside abusiness which is performed for commercial benefit. The purpose of communication in abusiness such as Cinnamon Grand Hotel for the proper flow of communication andorganizational communication is not limit within the organization only but also the relationshipof humans working in organizations such as Cinnamon Grand Hotel develops. The formalcommunication is beneficial for companies as it helps in maintaining coordination andinformation flow under this form of communication reflects professionalism.There are seven principles of effective communication in order to enhance the practice.The communication practise of seven C's of effective communication which includescompleteness, conciseness, consideration, clarity, concreteness, courtesy and correctness. Theeffective communication build enhancement of team work in the company as the informationflow freely from top to bottom and side to side. Communication practise increases the jobsatisfaction of employees and the productivity of the company increases with it. It has observedthat the company is facing difficulty from inter departmental communication. The Cinnamon Grand hotel must facilitate a consistency within their communicationchannel. This will help the member of departments to coordinate with each other by consistentcommunication in the hotel. This not only enables effective flow of communication but alsobuilds good human relationship among members of department of Cinnamon Grand.
