The report is prepared in regard to implementing the new policies in the company so that
effective communication can be ensured. There are many issues that have arisen regarding the
communication process implement in the business organization. Communication is a crucial
aspect as it improves the various processes implied in the organization itself. There are several
policies used in communication to improve the performance of the organization (Santos and
Semana, 2015). Several communication methods will be discussed in the report that describes
the various aspects of the organization. This improves the employee’s satisfaction and increases
the performance of the employees. Communication policies handle the overall performance of
the organization. The different aspects related to organizational communication will be included
in this report.
Literature review
Purposes and principles of organizational communication
There are different purposes includes in the various parts of organizational communication.
Organizational communication provides helps in various aspects as it accomplishes tasks as per
the particular roles and responsibilities of several business activities and it also manages the
several changes occurred in the business. Organizational communication completes the tasks by
using several policies and regulations. The organizational communication is used for several
purposes of the business and it is too effective in managing the several practices of the
organization.
The main purpose relates to the higher quality of products and services and improves the greater
level of trust and commitment. Increased employee engagement and improves creativity. This
also provides better job satisfaction and morale of employees (Reuber, et al., 2015). There are
various parts of organizational communication which include verbal and written communication.

need to have better relations and it can be managed by using the several practices of effective

Communication practices of themselves and others
I have more effective communication skills than the other as I emphasize the key points of the
communication while the other members emphasize the other points too (Best, 2014). I have a
good sense of humor which helps in effective communication in giving the best responses to the
others. I don’t listen to the people actively while my other team members listen to every person
very actively so this is the best communication practice with them.
I respond to people timely and also interacts with them which helps in building good
communication while my team members are not that much interactive. They just interact when
someone asks them the question otherwise they are not that friendly with the audience
(Leydesdorff, 2014). My energy power is always on while I communicate to the audience and
this energy stays continuous while I don’t complete my whole conversation. The effective
communication practice is also that the person should adopt nay situation rapidly no matter what

employees such they are not effectively communicating with the other employees. They just
don’t interact with everyone due to the lack of communication it was creating the issue in
developing a good relationship with the others. There are some employees doing belongs to the
different cultures and their way of talking is also different so the issues arise in terms of
understanding the vocal and clarity of the other person (Mahdi, 2015).
Recommendation
The effective communication practices have to be adopted in the company so that the lack of
communication which has arisen in the employees can be resolved. There was the major issue of
understanding the diversity of employees which belongs to the different cultures so the training
programmers have to be launched by the company so that effective communication can happen
in the company (Zulch, 2014). There should be meetings or parties arranged so that the
employees can interact with each other and build up an effective relationship. It is recommended
that the communication style should be customized for each employee so that effective
communication can be done.

It has been evaluated that effective communication is required in the company for proper
functioning and effective working. The oral and written communication has analyzed in this for
