Communication is most important part of human life or for business in order to share and
transfer information and details of work. The present poster is based on Mr. Fishy restaurants
which face different communication barriers and challenges. Poster will find strategies to
overcome them and shows cultural awareness.

There are different types of communication barriers and challenges which are faced by
Mr. Fishy restaurant and its staff because there are British and Non-British staff are work
together for achieve same goals.
A lack of time to read:
A lack of time to read is create the communication barriers and challenge for the Mr.
fishy restaurant staff members. Lack of time, in this staff members are not read any messages
and information in proper manner and understand something different. Through this, created
communication barriers of effective communication.
Language barriers:
Language barrier is aspect of communication barrier and challenge. This create highest
barriers because of in the Mr. fishy restaurant British and non-British both employees are
working which are understand different language.
Strategies to overcome them
From the above discussion of communication barrier and challenges, it is very important
to overcome those by finding strategies which are as follows:
Information is well organised:
It is very important to provide proper and effective information to staff member in order
to reduce and overcome communication barrier which will faced by Mr. fishy. With the help of
organise proper and important information is helps manager to resolve communication barriers.
Be aware of language and content of message:
In order to overcome language barrier, it is important to aware about language which is
understand by the others. Like Mr. fishy restaurant, have different culture people as well as
country and they understand different language. Here is try to use proper and simple language.

Show cultural awareness
Culture is influence on communication and negotiation practices in proper manner. This
affect to business and its growth factors.
Culture influence communication:
Culture differences are affect and influence communication practices in restaurant. This
can gives negative impact on growth of Mr. fishy restaurant. In order to increase awareness
about culture through communication here is required to guide and educate their staff about
different religious and culture.
Offers different aspects and menus:
Culture differences influence negotiation practices in the restaurant because of Non-
British staff are not understand the meaning of British customers and other hand, tourist are not
understand foods and vice versa. In order to rise awareness of negotiation, they can offers
different menus like vegan options and drinking and non-drinking area for customers.

From the above discussion it had been concluded that the communication has highly
required for business for sharing information to others. Lack of read time and language
differences has create communication barriers for business. It had been concluded that the with
the help of well designed information and aware about language has helped to overcome those
communication barriers. At the end of poster presented the culture differences influence
communication and negotiation practices, by rising awareness it had possible to eradicate
