study of school based in London and Manchester.

communication. Multi culture is one of the key challenges
associated with the effective communication. Especially in
case of colleges where people from different cultures and
countries do come and study awareness in respect to culture

college management to improve the communication at the college. If the

effective. Socialising events would allow the student to interact with

They get to share about the culture they belong and religion they follow
which allow them to know more about each other (Brau and et.al.,
2019). Social interaction is the best way to create bond and improve the

influence the entire communication negatively. To understand the sign language is another challenge associated with the communication.

students over sign language that can be used instead of doing text in verbal form. This strategy would support the college to overcome the
mutual language barrier in communication. In case of verbal communication sharing mutual language is a key essential which improve the
effectiveness of the communication.

Every culture has its own values and beliefs. It’s important to understand such beliefs and values associated with the specific culture. Sign
language also different in every culture. In case of communication many times multiple signs are usage to communicate a certain message.

the effective communication.
