INTRODUCTION Business communication is a function of exchange of the business ideas , technique and information from one organisation person to another or within and outside of the organisation. External communication , lateral internal communication, internal upward and downward communication are some basic example of the business communication.Under this reportMr Fishytaken as a company Basically Mr Fishy is the fish and chips restaurant near tobridge station of London, under this restaurant there are team of 20 staffs working together from a different cultureand religion.All the 20 staffs have different opinion, knowledge and goals, they all falls in different categories of staffs, due to there different culture, goals, opinion of Mr fishy restaurant staffs facing problems or causing battle among them. In this report discuss or provideinformationaboutthepurposeandprinciplesbehinddifferentformsofthe organisational or business communication, apply effective communication principle to enhance t practice of the Mr Fishy restaurant staff and evaluate the different communication practices.
