about the issues in the digitalisation of business. The article has provided critical information
related to the privacy issues due to the digitalization of business. The digital business
involves research and development functions that require data collection and communication
through an online medium. Therefore, IoT is a challenge for an individual to manage privacy.
However, the consideration of privacy principle is essential for the organization but lack of
monitoring and control over access of system affecting the privacy functions using digital
operations. The authors were lacking to provide descriptive knowledge as Hendrik Drachsler
and Wolfgang Greller. The study is useful for understanding the legitimation issues that
affecting the digitalisation of business and expansion of services.

Industrial Internet of Thing is beneficial for expanding business and transformation of
operation into a digital context. However, the lack of privacy and approach to utilising the
Internet of Things is having a negative impact on the business approach of the organization.
The authors have provided detail information considering the consumer experience and
managerial issues of privacy in digital business but Rolf H. Weber has provided numerical
data related to business issues by use of digitalisation means. The study is useful to
understand the approach of the Internet of Things in implications of lack of privacy.
