I would like to draw your attention to our website project with the FibreOne Company.
The marketing director of the company has just mailed me today (31st March 2018) that it won’t
be possible for him to send the content required by us for the development of the corporate
Website project for the company. Considering the fact that our company had received the
corporate website development project from the FibreOne Company by 30th January, our website
developer team had started working on from 1st February. By the end of 14th February, the
developer team had collected all the necessary information relates to the project that includes
target audience, purpose and chief goal of the project. By 1st March, the second step of the
project development that includes planning the website was also completed. The website
development team completed designing the website that needed approval from the mentioned
company by 23rd March. Thus it can be clearly understood that more than 50 percent of the
project is completed. However, in order to proceed with the next step, FibreOne Company needs
to provide our website developers with the website content. However, since the marketing
manager stated me today at about 10.30 am that the internal team that was supposed to provide

us with the content is behind schedule, I am worried that our website development team won’t be
able to complete the project within the agreed-upon deadline.
As the account lead, it is my duty to provide you with the update on the project. I will be highly

This is to inform you that our firm, Creative Marketing for the Modern Tourist, is glad to
receive your proposal to help Tourism Calgary with the new advertising campaign. While going
through the marketing material I noticed that it is highly focused on the attracting the travellers
associated with the Calgary and rodeo Stampede. Considering the fact that it is definitely
necessary to attack travellers for the above mentioned fair, I would like to draw your attention
towards another major group of travellers who visits Calgary every year twice during the winter
and summer to enjoy outdoor activities. While the travellers who come here for the Rodeo and
fairground, these travellers are highly conscious about the environment and shows commendable
interest on local health, food and conservation. This will be highly beneficial for the local
economy of Calgary.
Considering the fact that very little information is provided about the cultural, outdoor
and historical activities of Calgary which are crucial to attracting the travellers, our company will
incorporate this information in a highly effective way. Considering the fact that it is high time to
display a different side of Calgary to the new generation, I will be highly obliged if you grant my
