I recently saw an advertisement of your new and innovative range of stationaries and printed
materials in the newspaper. We are SPS Global Accounting, a business accounting firm in
Hitech City, Toronto. We have recently relocated our office from one of the sub urban regions
and for that we require office stationeries and printed materials for our new firm. I found your
printing company convenient for our location and so writing up for detailed product
information for the same.
We are in urgent need of office stationeries like pens, pencils, highlighter, permanent
marker, color pencils, sharpeners, erasers, A4 size papers, envelops, staplers, scissors,
paper clips, binders, cellophane tape dispenser, binders, notebooks, sticky noes, gums
and glues and punching machine. We also need new business cards and letterhead
pads.
Please provide some sample cards and letterhead writing pads and printing cost for the
same.
Office stationeries list you can provide with their relevant price list as well.
Also provide the require time in which you can deliver the orders to the earliest.
We also need to know about the new products you have launched recently and find if
they are suitable for our office purposes.
