application]
Respected Sir,
This is to inform you that I am seeking new position with ABC company as a web
developer by profession (Hu, Gu and Wong 2019). The Human Resource of the company has
asked me to provide a letter of reference from someone within the institute who knows me on a
professional level and can speak to- my abilities to perform the job for which I am considered in
the company. Since I have followed and worked under you for a couple of years in the past I am
sure that you can provide some insights into my work ethics and abilities present inside me.
The roles and interest in the position where I am seeking in the ABC company are in a
line matching my knowledge and skills. I have developed the skills of web developer for more
than 2 years in the company where I used to work in the past. But I do think that the roles and
responsibilities in ABC company are slightly high with the roles and responsibilities which I
used to carry out in XYZ company previously. It is a career development goal of mien where I

have to expand my knowledge and skills to the highest potentials. This will take some time to
develop but I will give my level best to do so. Therefore I require a solid recommendation from
you which will help me to get in the proper direction and position to achieve the goals.
Please let me know if you are able to provide the letter of recommendation on my behalf
by 13/09/2019. I will be welcomed to answer any question which is put forward by you or if
there is any additional requirement of information for the letter of recommendation. You can also
personally reach me at marlin52123@gmail.com or my contact number **************=.
Thank you in advance for your consideration and assistance. In order to conclude the persuasive
request email I can say that please forward the recommendation letter as soon as possible (Wang,
Zhang and Kaffenberger 2018). The letter of recommendation is due by ( 13/09/2019) and it
should be sent to the following person by a mail or email.
You’re sincerely,
Marlyn Rose
