LITERATURE REVIEWAs per the view of, Business Communication is defined as a procedure to share relevantinformation among people working within and outside the organisation. Effective businesscommunication is the manner in which management and workers interact within a businessenterprise for meeting organisational objectives. Managers of Mr. Fishy have to use effectivecommunication for reducing employees grievances. It also helps to transmit thoughts andinformation among departments within an enterprise and outside it such as investors, customers,suppliers, and so on.LO1Purpose and principles behind the organisation communicationCommunication plays an important role to develop the strategies of a company in aneffective manner so that organisation can achieve its targets (Zerbe and et. al., 2019). There arevarious communication form of communication that are adopted by company in taking effectiveaction.Formal communication: Each enterprise has formal communication in order to deal with itsworkers. The internal policies and memos can be considered as examples of this kind ofcommunication. For Mr. Fishy, it is important to have effective formal communication for itssuccess and growth.Informal communication: It occurs naturally and it takes place between friends and familymembers. It is important for workers as it helps in creating stress free environment.Interpersonal communication: Such communication has enhanced the organisation importanceas the online system has become more significant. It allows workers to interact with each otherand build more stronger relationships among them (England, Nagel and Salter, 2019).In Mr. Fishy, each of these communication forms has various principles on which they work.These are elaborated as follows-Principle of Clarity- As per this principle, the message or idea must be communicatedand spelt out clearly. It should be spell out in such a manner that receiver must understood thesame thing which the sender wants to convey. 1
