INTRODUCTION
Communication plays a vital role for every business organisation in terms of sharing
information as well as interact with others. Communication may intentional and intentional.
Business communication means to convey a message by using various channels of
communication like – internet, print media, word of mouth, television etc. In corporate
association, communication supports to make plans and proposals, reaching agreements,
executing decisions and so on. Apart from this, the report has stated different various
communication model and system which are used in a business organisation. Readers will also
come to know about different processes which are acquired by firms to interact with its
stakeholders.

Oral communication is one of the effective process to transmit information or data by
using words of mouth. These kind of communication is usually acquired by staff meetings and
personal discussions.
