For generating healthy and positive working culture, a proper management of
communication is viewed as an important component. This is because, it enables
managers and subordinate to share the ideas or opinion about business growth and
also help them to achieve desired goal in a collaborative manner. In relation to Go
Travel, there are some challenges which company face in their communication
process are as follows:
Linguistic barrier: In majority of the organisation, language barrier has been
considered as a major issue as every region has its own language which hinders
employees and employers to interact with each other (García and et.al.,2020). In
context to Go Travel, its manpower also undergoes with a challenge of language
differences as they manage diverse customer from the worldwide and firm's
employees are only familiarised with local language i.e. European. Due to which,
it impacts negatively over organisation brand image and productivity ratio among
competitors.
Cultural differences: This issue arise when an enterprise face challenges in
handling or governing different culture or values of society. This is because, each
culture is differ in values, norms, ethics, beliefs which may hinder personnel to
fulfil the requirements of customer and also to cope up with their unpredictable
demand or need in an amended mode.

Training and development: This determinant is one of the primal measure
that Go Travel can imply within its business function as it is related to a
systematic or organised process in which superior organise some programs or
activity with an aim to enhance the hidden talents of subordinate for
accomplishing the defined target in a better way (Harris and Sherblom, 2018).
However, with this program Go Travel can enrich its potentiality to gain
competitive advantage among rivalry without any hindrances.
Team management: In this strategy, Go Travel make an effort to identify
the interest or capability of employees and place them in an appropriate position.
Along with this, they provide enormous opportunity to its personnel to take part in
business activities which assist them to gain increased level of motivation towards
company. Furthermore, it also bring high level of collaboration and coordination
among each members as well as enlarge overall proficiency rate in an improved
manner.
