barriers in communicating and
sharing their views with each other.

are benefited by tolerating the stress,
over burdening of work, maintaining
trust, etc., which helps to achieve
organization goal effectively and
efficiently.
Tolerance helps the individual to be
patient and adjust by having control
on behavior and being polite. It leads
to reduce conflicts, misunderstanding
and improve active listening.
