Business communication have many barriers in communicating and sharing their views
with each other. Some of these challenges are also faced by target audience of Go Travel are:-
Fear and distrust on other staff:- Employees of Go Travel faces this barrier of business
communication as there is lack in trust and fear to share their views and ideas with each other.
The employees observing this barrier makes organisation delay in goal achievement as they are
very unorganized and there is no communication between different countries employees.
Poor Listening leads to conflicts:- Go Travel employees facing problem of listening
issues as they avoid contact with different countries staff due to unable to speak their language
and stereotype thinking. This create negative impact on organisation by misunderstanding,
increase in conflicts and major dissatisfaction in conversation(Kim and Jeong, 2016).
