The main purpose of the communication is to achieve the goal of the organisation.It helps manger for the better performance to achieve an goal of the firm. To implementing thenew policies on the basis of objective of the organisation. Another purpose is to exchange theinformation between the employees and the organisation that can help to make link with anoutside force of an organisation and get more outer information to the organisation and havebetter link between the other business organisation. It help the organisation to achieve goal. Onthe other hand (Escobar-Rodríguez and Bonsón-Fernández, 2017)argued that just to implement new policies to achieve the goal of the organisation is not enoughalso provide or give respect to the colleague for the better performance. Make goodcommunication with the colleagues in the organisation by sharing the information to them, sothat there is no issue afterword because of lack of communication.As per the view of (Ha and Riffe, 2015) to achieve the goal of the organisation bettercommunication are require and that ac an be possible by following the principle for the bettercommunication in the organisation.
