more persons can easy to communicate and share their information at an organisation. It aids to
increased mutual understanding among them. Therefore, staff members of Pine Parks care home
does not effectively interact with each others due to this they cannot perfectly communicate with
each others as well as cannot perform their tasks with better quality. Apart from this, Board of
Director of this care home wants to be effectively analyse and evaluate cultural and
communication issues so that they can solve these problems in a impelling style. (Paulson, 2011)

Section 1: In the business environment, communication is the essential aspect because it
aids to get success in competitive market place as well as helps to increase mutual understanding
among staff members. Due to this, they will significantly perform their operations and attain
their decided targets and objectives. There are concluded different cultural and communication
breakdown factors which directly impacts on this process. Thus, it is necessary to be effectively
analyse and evaluate all these causes in a systemic way. However, there are included different
type of cultural factors such as follows: (Russ, 2012)

 Customs: In an organisation, different type of persons are working who have different
cultures because they came from another country. Customs of a person represent their
behaviour, values, ethics, culture, living style and so more. As per their customers can
easy to differentiate all persons from others. In the context of Pine Parks care home there
are large number of staff members are working which came from several countries. Due
to this, they have different culture, customs and ethics. Hence, customs of a person
directly affects on their communication skills either positive or negative way. Thus, it is
required to be effectively analyse and evaluate customers of all employees. Due to this,
all employees of the care home can easily interact and communicate with each others.

 Language Barriers: Language is an important content in communication process
because without language any person cannot communicate and interact with others.
Different country's persons are using several languages for sharing their ideas and
information with each others. For example: People of UK and Germany speaks loudly
and aggressive when they seeks to be share their views and ideas with others. In the other
words, like persons of Japan using soft and more passive communication way while
communicating with others. Apart from this, In the Pine Parks care home has
communication and cultural issues due to this they cannot effective interact all staff
members with each others because among all employees have different language issue.
Thus, it directly influence their working style and performance and they cannot able to
provide better health care services and facilities to patients. (Lockwood, 2012)
 Technology: Every business firm seeks to be use and adopt smart and advance
technology at their work place so that they can attain their objectives as well as provides
better services and facilities to their customers. High quality of technologies are directly
impacts on business firm either positive or negative. In the context of Pine Parks care
home at this working environment all staff members cannot effectively communicate
with each others because they does not using smart communication techniques and tools.
While at home care using advance communication devices then staff members can easy
to interact and understand information in a systematic style. It aids to increase mutual
understanding among employees. (Mayfield and Mayfield, 2012)

In the other hand, communication breakdown refers to, while communication process
does not that much effective at work place of organisation then staff members of company
cannot able to effectively interact with each others. It has included several barriers which affects
on communication process. Thus, it is required to be systematically analyse and evaluate them
with the help of appropriate ideas and methods. So that employees of Pine Parks can
significantly interact with each others as well as can share their ideas and views in a effective
way.
Section 2: According to Eisenberg ( 2015), communication plays an eminent role at
every work place of business firm because with the help of this employees can easy to
communicate and share their information with each others. Thus, it is required to be
systematically analyse and evaluate all major barriers with the help of effective ideas and
methods. In the other words, Pollach ( 2011) said while employees of the business firm does not
significantly interact with each others then might be develop conflicts and problems among them
which influence their working style and performance. In the context of Pine Parks home care,
there are having communication breakdown problems due to this staff members cannot able to
interact with each others due to this they cannot share their information. As per Hall (2011) view,
with the help of appropriate communication procedure can effectively developed mutual
understanding among all employees. Thus, they perform their operations in proper unity and
better understanding level. So that, care workers will significantly provide better home care
services and facilities to patients as per their requirements.
Section 3: According to my point of view, without communication process we cannot
effectively communicate or interact with any person because for sharing views and ideas with
each others should be have appropriate communication tools and methods. While I want to share
any information to others I have to properly analyse and evaluate all major barriers of this
process. Hence, it included several factors which affects this procedure either positive or
negative. Apart from this, as per my ideas at work place of home care must be implement and
use better communication process so that can effectively resolve communication breakdown
problems as well as can build better understanding among all employees.

As per above elaborated major cultural factors which affects communication process
thus, it is necessary to be effectively analyse and examine all barriers in a impelling manner.
Therefore, there are providing appropriate recommendations to Board of Director of Pine Parks
home care such as follows: (McKay, 2017)
 At the work place several type of employees are working who belongs to different culture
due to this they also have different customs, ethics, norms, values which represent their
living style. Within the organisation must be conduct appropriate programmes and
activities for all staff members so that they can effectively interact with each others.
 Different country's persons are using several languages for sharing views and ideas with
others. In the Pine Parks home care has working several persons who belongs to various
nations. Thus, for resolving communication problems have to be decided an particular
languages among all staff members which they can easy to speak as well as can be use
language transferable devices.
 In the last, should be provide advance technologies and devices to all staff members so
that they can share any kind of informations with each others. Additionally must be
conduct effective training programmes and activities for employees due to this they can
learn how they can operate an use smart techniques.
