Introduction
Communication plays a major role in enhancing the business operations through
interconnectedness among the employees and the management. The different strategies that are
undertaken by organizations help in maintaining the efficacy of the communicability of the same
as per the objectives. The discussion aims at elaborating the different strategies that are often
undertaken by organizations in order to enhance the communicability of the same while
operating in diverse international markets.
Strategy 1- Open meetings
Undertaking open meetings with the stakeholders helps the business in avoiding different
misinterpretation of the processes that are planned by the same. Open communication and
discussion of the subjects help the businesses in maintaining the efficacy of the business
organization in upholding a clear objective. Jackson (2014) stated that the face- to- face
communication that is undertaken by business managements helps the same in proposing the
modifications and thereby gather feedbacks from the audience on the viability of the concerns.
Feedbacks from the stakeholders on the processes that are planned by the organization help the
same in enhancing the decision making prospects of the same. Open meetings also helps the
business management in avoiding situations of misunderstanding of the corporate decisions

Therefore, the organizations might induce the utilization of audio- visual presentations while
discussing the different goals and objectives. It will be helping the organization in facilitating
different changes in the briefing methods and thereby enhance the communication links through
two- way communication processes. Visual depiction of different information will be helping the
organization in maintaining the efficacy of the same in integrating the operations of the
workforce as per the objectives.
Strategy 3- Creating a dedicated portal
Organizations often create a dedicated portal in order to enhance the internal
communication systems. The interlinked communication system of the businesses helps the same
in maintaining the efficacy of the operations through proper circulation of knowledge among the
workforce. Verčič, Verčič and Sriramesh (2012) stated that the establishment of the dedicated
portal in the organization helps in interlinking the management of the business with the
employees and their operations.
