Business communication is the process of sharing the information among the people
inside and outside a company. Effective communication can be defined as how an organisation
and employees interact in order to reach to the goal of the company. The main purpose of this to
enhance the practices of business management and leads to reduce the errors from it. All such
tasks of an business organisation depends upon the better interactions and this play a significant
role in influencing the company and ensuring better control to the business organisation. The
manager of the company also manage the activities which help the employees for carrying the
productivity phases and train to their new employees by which they can take the financial moves
in well defined manner.

In the tough time of Covid-19, all the business organisation have found the various
methods for interacting with its users. Company can use the telecalling, telemarketing with
emails, third party functions and social media for video conferencing. There are various types of
communication such as verbal, non-verbal, written and electronic such as messages, telephonic
calls, emails and voice mails, hand written notes. They have various effects of such
communication than their face to face meetings. It is vital for the individual to implement the
company's strategy, training and advice as these are the permanent, recorded and simple to use.
There is no such issue in communication form as they are present in chronic covid state of affairs
or not. These are the suggestions which are not yet effects of specifications and this can be
applied in various conditions. People are altering the living standards in the time as when the
development is stopped and survival is in danger. In the precious, it is vital which is rather a
modifications. This has shown the personal meetings which are the appropriate ways for
communication. It is also known that with the huge impact of covid-19, it is not possible to
operate the meeting personally with the lack down & reduced the many business for the
company and many have closed the business.
Covid-19 pandemic is evolving the economy as fast rate by total methods for growing
physical distance while keeping the distance in the social relation and close the communication
when possible. In order to have the mass creativity for effective communication among the

members of society as the methods of performance of operations and they are running how to use
it. Communication among the company has changed after the flexible working. There is the main
change which occur in ways f techniques of communication, executives who many other have
introduced the relation in which the market has to target. Executives are the individual who is
providing the information about the strategy of the company, business and some new techniques
which are being offered by the company. The most efficiently executives make the better
communication to their employees in which the company is more successful. Good business
executive influence the workers with better communication.
Linking theories
Each and every business is having its own way of business and operations in which the
employees are linked to follow the overall instruction. This also makes the structure of an
business organisation which is easy for the workers. This also execute the various approaches of
communication. This respective study of this field also called as the theories of communication
which includes the market orientation, loyalty of customers and performance of business and its
communication among the staff.
Different theories-
Communication accommodation theory- This is the theory which explained the
behaviour of the people in which they are talking. This particular theory is based on the
basis of how the workers adjust the certain communication style as they are
communicating to each other. Certain approaches helps in having the efficiency in
context to the market orientation, consumer loyalty and the overall performance of the
company.
Cognitive dissonance theory- It is the theory which explains that the metal health of the
employees also gone through certain phased as they experience guilt stress for decision
making, various other factors. Executives use it for eliminating the certain challenges
which are occurring within the business.
Expectancy violations theory-This is the theory which is used by the employees in
order to communicate the rules and regulation which are violated. Executive must have
the better word with the employees by which they do not feel any violation.
Group think theory- this is the theory which is being used when committed groups
which are failing in managing the certain issues that are growing in the given concern.
