INTRODUCTION It is identified that the business communication plays a major role in conducting the procedures and functions within the business enterprise. It is very important for the organisation to communicate effectively in order to have growth. The business communication is considered as an integral part of the enterprise. The effective communication helps the companies in manage all the work activities and perform the different functions in an effective and efficient manner. The business communications plays an important role within the performance of employees. This is the report which is based on the case study of travel agency. (Bolten, J., 2020).This is the report which will include the different business communication theories, the different barriers which is preventing people from booking holidays in abroad and at last it will include strategies of travel agency. MAIN BODY Defines different organisation theories Theorganisationcommunicationisabroadconceptwhichattributesseveralformof communication which enables the organisation to elevate it growth index in terms of profit and market value. This system is the interchange of information between the individuals and groups in different organisation. The mode of communication it attributes in verbal or non-verbal, formal or informal , oral or written etc. The organisation communication helps in achieving tasks which is associated with specialroles and responsibility. In order to attain effective interaction there is need to address the principle of 7C'S which signifies the clarity, correctness, conciseness, courtesy,concreteness, consideration and completeness. Apart from principles there are some basic theories on organisation communication which are given below: Bureaucracy theory:this theory derived by Max Weber which attributes broad level of formal structure. This theory follows a certain order which takes the structure of hierarchical approach in which every individual member has to convey to its superior until it is made in notice to the high command. The structure of communication which clearly defines the roles and responsibilities of the organisation. The showcase of the theory which will effectively states, controlling the strict workforce of the employees, making sure that the chain of command and the postulates of the workplace are specifies and standardized.(Naidoo, J. and Dulek, R.E., 2022) 1
Acceptance Theory of Authority:the development in this theory by Chester Barnard in the book of functions of executive. The organisation servers informally have three major functions, such as, communication, maintenance of self-respect and integrity, cohesive security. The theory laid down authority that the manager authority will depend on the subordinate, which accepts the duties and rights to give orders which are compelling. Theory X and Theory Y-it is the theory which relates to the motivation, given by the McGregor. In this theory, the people are described as the important assets of the organisation, this theory promote the creativity and develop the self control. In this theory, the ways to motivate the employee's would also discuss, to improve the performance of the employee's. In this theory the suggestions are given to motivate the employee's like, to awarded the employee, as per their performance. Eventually, it will helps the organisation to achieve the goals of the company. The main motive of this theory is to build the confidence in the employee's, to motivate the employee's and to get the continuos growth in the business.(Husein, U.M., 2018) Evaluating the barriers preventing people from booking holidays abroad. Usually the people travel to release their stress, movement from one place to another change the air and the environment for the person to get relief from all the tensions and the mind stress. But, if the travelling become uncomfortable then, it will give more stress and tiredness. There are some reasons, which makes the travelling stressful it involves, feeling uneasy with the environment, air travel expenses etc. Financial Concerns-the most important thing which matters in travelling abroad is the financial budget, all the person decided their financial budget before leaving. If the budget got disturb due to rising the prices of tickets of airlines it will become the barrier for the tourist and give stress in their mind. Planning Travel-to plan the travelling to go abroad will give the stress in the mind of the people, for travelling the person has to search the places to visit, to stay and according to that plan the budget. These would become the barrier while plan to travel.(Martínez, and et.al., 2019) Safety Concern- This is the barrier which can be faced by the people where they night face the issue of safety concern for travelling abroad. It is very important for the people to take safety measures. 2

Getting sick-This is considered as an unexpected event which can be occur at any point of time and can be barrier for the people in order to make their trip memorable. Lack of Language- Every country has their native language which is an barrier for the people that stops them from booking holidays to abroad as people are not able to speak local languages while interacting with others this results in different emotions such as dis-encouragement, loneliness, anger etc. Body language, sign language, gestures and smiles are some of power full way to communicate but every single man cannot use this in a proper manner.(Karpunina, and et.al., , 2020) Loneliness- This is considered as one of the travelling problem which affects everyone. The feeling of loneliness can ruin the trip as sudden change in circumstance can really change the attitude towards travelling. The people emotions are affected which not only leads to depression this barrier prevents in booking holiday to abroad. Outlining the strategies of travel agency which has implemented to overcome these barriers There are various strategies which can be considered by the business organisation in order to overcome with the barriers which are discussed below: It is very important for the individual to plan the trip according to the budget. In order to overcome with the financial aspect the individual is required to check over the balance and then plan for the booking so that further it does not develop issue regarding the financial aspect of travelling. In order to plan the travelling effective the people can focus on the various strategies and can look over the various internet sources and plan according to the days which are required by the individual. This will help in having a smooth trip. In order to over come with the safety barrier it is very important that the individual is convened of their health and carry the necessary items in their bag. There are various planning for the safety which need to be kept in mind in order to travel safely. Also the individual need to focus on the health aspect where they can consume healthy products while travelling. In order to overcome with the language barrier where the people might face issue because of the different languages. In this aspect the individual can use the body language, 3
gestures in order to guide and explain to the people who are from different country and if they are not understanding the language. In order to overcome with the loneliness the people can choose the right companywith them in order to not face loneliness. The people as their family and friends are living in abroad so in this case they can talk over phone call video call in order to eliminate the loneliness. (Coombs, T.W., 2018) CONCLUSION From the above report it has been concluded that the business communication is most importantaspectin orderto communicateeffectivelyandefficiently.Thiswillhelp the organisation and people to understand the view points of each other. There are various different business organisation theories which are discussed and this has a great impact over the business activities. It is very important for the people to analyse which are the barriers in order to prevent them from travelling abroad. There are various barrier such as financial, communication, loneliness etc. it is very important that the people use strategies in order to overcame with these barriers. 4
