The organization deals with production anddistribution of agriculture equipment to international as well as local clients with headquarterin Australia. In all five countries, the company has a total of 8,000 employees and around 1million customers' globally. However, the organization is facing various communicationchallenges. The purpose of this report is to analyse the communication challenges thatcompany is facing. The scope of the report is limited towards developing the strategies inorder to remove the communication barriers. Outcome of the report will includerecommendations of the strategies to enhance communication within the organization. Thestructure of the report will involve introduction, analysis of the communication issues in themulti-national organization i.e. social media, feedback, and intercultural communication,conclusion of the report and recommendations to deal with challenges.Analysis of Current SituationSocial MediaSocial media can be explained as collaborative technologies and online applications whichallow an increase conversation, creation, participation, openness, and socialization betweencommunities of operators (Panahi, Watson & Partridge, 2012).
