1COMMUNICATION Introduction This essay will shed light on the effective communication skills that needs to be taken up within the organization. It will also consist of the barriers that are present within the process of communication. The essay will also help in providing better idea regarding the self-awareness process that needs to be done when working within the organization. These tools will allow the individuals in communicating in a better manner within the organization, as they would have a better knowledge regarding the skills that are needed to survive in the market. The decision making capabilities in an ethical manner will also allow the individuals in understanding the ethical standards that are present within the organization. Discussion Whileworkingwithintheorganization,Ihaveunderstoodthateffective communication is very important. It is done by listening to the others within the organization in an active manner, as it will help in understanding the topic in a better way. It has helped me in gathering the knowledge that the speaker wants to convey through the speech so that I can ask suitable questions to the person in the points that are of concerns for me (Lee & Oh, 2014). The communication process will be effective in nature when the message is being put forward in a clear and succinct manner, as the speaker will use the right words and the correct medium in spreading the message within the organization. It has allowed me in farming the questions in a proper way so that I can provide a proper feedback to the organization. This has also helped me in understanding the tactics that will allow me in having a better conversation with the upper management that is present within the organization. It has also helped me in developing trust with the senior members of the organization due to the use of the effective communication skills in an effective manner (Treweek et al., 2013).
2COMMUNICATION The major barriers that were faced by me while working within the organization was that whenever I had the opportunity to talk, the other persons used to judge and criticize me. This had resulted in use of indiscrimination against my views within the organization. The increase in these techniques have resulted in not motivating me in the right manner so that I can serve the organization in a better way. Another major barrier that was faced by me was that the persons never paid attention to the concerns that were being raised by me within the organization (Bernstein & Jain, 2014). Some of the major problems were that whenever I was facing any issue in understanding the task that was provided to me, I was not being able to clarify it from my peers or my immediate senior within the organization (Kasper & Kellerman, 2014). Some of the seniors who are experienced within the organization also use the technical languages that does not provide any help to me in understanding the language in which they are communicating. This creates a problem for me, as I am unable to understand the solutions that are being raised within the organization. Being a fresher within the organization, most of the senior members have avoided my concerns within the organization. This was due to the fact that the concerns that were being raised by me within the company were being avoided or diverted by the senior management (Martin & Nakayama, 2013). Self-awarenessisanimportantconceptthatneedstobetakenupwithinthe organization. It has helped me in taking up the responsibility of the tasks that are assigned to me so that the organization can also benefit from it. From the interpersonal point of view, it can be seen that the strengths and weaknesses can be judged in a proper manner o that it can help in increasing my level of credibility within the organization. The benefits that are present within the organization will help me in understanding my strengths so that I can use it within the organisation to increase the level of productivity as well (de Bruin & Bostrom, 2013). The mistakes that I have committed within the organization such as delivering the work after the deadline has passed has helped me in realizing that time is an important factor
3COMMUNICATION that needs to be met with respect to the assigning and submission of the tasks. The feedback process will also allow me in understanding my mistakes, as it will be pointed out by my peers who are present within the organization (Joseph-Williams, Elwyn & Edwards, 2014). The organization also employs people who belong to different cultural backgrounds, which has helped them in increasing the level of productivity within the system. The diversity that is present within the culture has to be understood in a proper manner by the organization so that it can help in providing effective means of communication to the employees. It is important for the organization to understand and respect the cultural background of the employeessothattheycanperforminabetterwaywithinthesystem(Dettmer, Knackendoffel & Thurston, 2013). I am from an Asian background and the organization has did not discriminate me on the grounds of race and cultural background. This has helped me in using my skills and knowledge in a proper manner so that the organization can increase its level of production. The company trusts its employees, which has allowed them to grow its internal environment in to a friendly manner so that the employees can work together in a better way. This has resulted in increasing the quality of the work as well within the organization, as the services got improved due to the use of better level of technologies within the work place (Jackson, 2015). The decisions within the organization has to be taken up in an ethical manner such as the sales of the products will not be done in a deceitful manner and false promises will not be given to the employees so that their performances can be manipulated in a positive way (Ford & Richardson, 2013). The use of the right behaviour within the organization has helped us in increasing the level of efficiency, which has affected the growth of the organization in a positive manner. The use of the ethical standards within the organization has helped in increasing the level of motivation within us so that we can deliver the work in an efficient way (Jackson, 2015). The level of motivation results in increasing the output of the

Conclusion Therefore it can be concluded that the use of the right technique of communication will help me along with the organization in a positive manner with respect to the level of output. It has also allowed me to improve my knowledge and understanding regarding the effective ways of communicating within the organization along with the barriers that are present in it. It has also helped me in gaining better insights regarding the cross cultural communication techniques along with the level of self-awareness that has allowed me in thinking like an effective leader within the organization. It has also allowed me in gaining a better insight regarding the ethical process of taking the decisions so that the reputation of the company does not get hampered.
