Introduction
Business consultancy refers to a professional service in which firm provides with advice
to their various clients or customers by charging specific amount. For the given report document,
evaluation over two business firm will be proceeded. In the below presented report document
evaluation over LSST i.e. London School of Science and Technology and Fairfield School of
Management. The provided report paper will evaluate on several business problems being faced
by the organisational firm and will present an idea for managers of respective firm to react or
focus on key important stakeholders related to the institution (Oliveira, Valerio, et. al., 2021).
Main Body
Overview of London School of Science and Technology
The London school of science and technology is a private authorised college which was
founded by Mr Syed Zaidi in 2003. LSST is one of the renowned institute of its kind which
offers studying courses on; business and management, health and social care, IT and computer
science. The institute have the four campuses in the London region which are; Wembley,
Elephant & Castle, Luton and Birmingham. The institute works in the partnership with the other
institute in London such as West London, Buckinghamshire new university and London
metropolitan university which all authorised by LSST degree. The institute offers the facilities of
student loan to eligible student to pay their fees (Wu, et. al., 2018).
The vision of the LSST is to support the students by providing practical training and
quality education to expand their knowledge and credibility which succour the student to achieve
the academic goals.
The mission of LSST is to recognised as an foremost dominant provider of further and
higher education. The institute mission is to provide the education to all the student with
eliminating all the blockade. The quality education is the primary priority which inspires the
2000 student of the institute.
The LSST have transparency in all operation which they perform with the strong moral
and ethical principal that separates the institute from others. The institute have the
professionalism and excellence work credibility in its function which contribute the student a
perfect environment to study with the high values institute.

Problem faced at London School of Science and Technology
Problems are the hindrances that are faced by an individual or group of individual
collectively referred to problem. For the given company i.e. LSST managers while operating in
given business environment have to go through such problems. Such problems might degrade the
productivity of the operational firm and could reflect on decrease in brand image of the said
company. Following are current problems faced by LSST (Jacobs, and Gaikwad, et. al., 2021); Budgeting: One of the major problem faced at LSST reflects to improper financial
management techniques adopted in the firm. With reference to provided issue, the
problem so raised reflects towards the budgeting process of the corporate firm. Under the
given problem faced by client due to improper management of financial resources
managers of the firm are unable to formulate effective plans and strategies in regards to
when finance as a resource is being involved.
 Time management: Another problem being observed under operational working at
chosen firm reflects towards ineffective management of time. With a believe that time is
considered to be the most important resource for development in the organisation. Lack
of time management techniques in the said company have lead to improper use of
resources and could further impact over productivity of the organisational firm in long
run and lead to problem faced by client.
Overview of Fairfield School of Management
Fairfield school of management is community-based college located in the middle of
Croydon. This is newest private high education institute provide a multicultural place to learn for
students. The school mainly focus on overall development of a student and provide business skill
in order to succeed in real competitive world. The various courses offered by respective
institution are BA(Hons)Business and management,BSC(Hons) Health and well-being in society
and many more. There are certain policies which are applied in mentioned institution are-
Academic freedom and freedom of speech policy, academic misconduct policy, data protection
policy and many more.
Problem faced at Fairfield School of Management
A problem is considered to be a situation in which it becomes hard for an individual or
group of individual to formulate plan or make decision towards accomplishment of desired task
or goal. This could be the result of complex task or uncertain situation in which work is to be

proceeded. Various problems faced by Fairfield School of Management could be (Rockwell, et.
al., 2018); Communication: There is no proper channel of communication is following in an
organisation. Students and teachers won't be able to communicate with each other
regarding projects or assignments. Either students are not comfortable to talk to their
respective faculties or teachers are not listening to their problem properly and not giving
proper feedback in order to solve their problem. Thus communication is the main
problem which is becoming hurdle for completion of desired task.
 Technological advancement: The respective organisation does not have advanced
technology to provide better exposure of study to students. Due to lack of technology
advancement mentioned college can't provide value based education to their students.
Advanced technology is very much needed for educational institution in order to provide
real and detailed explanation of particular topic. Hence, lack of technological
advancement becomes a hurdle in growth and success of mentioned organisation and
competitors will take advantage of it by adopting advanced technology.
Presenting areas of importance
From the analysis of above problem or issues face at respective university, it can be said
that need for possible solutions will be adhered by management at respective institution. In the
process being following are points that can be taken care while dealing with client taking
considerations of external environment (Fox, et. al., 2018). Competitors: Foremost consideration which could be taken care of management of
respective university includes competitors of business. Under the provided element, it can
be said that due to existence of respective problems at operational firm, there could be
possibility of getting fame and brand of respective university outdated by several
competitors present in similar market. Target customer: Another important factor that could be taken care by management at
respective university include straightening the manner in which customers of the business
is being dealt. Furthermore, managers of the firm needs to protect any sort of bad
influence of problem on target customers of the business.
 Market changes: With presence of market changes, given university managers have to
focus of specific market changes that could impact over working of the business firm.

Under such changes, client of the business could not track on deliverables delivered by
the university (Masood, Hoda, and Blincoe, 2018)
Top 3 issues faced by client
From the analysis of above problems identified in 2 university, there are top 3 issues that
can be identified an could be faced by them, These are as follows (Körner, Strubelt, and Haase,
et. al., 2021); Time: The given issue relates to problem of lack of time management technique adopted
in the university. This becomes foremost issue faced by client of business in terms of
making a time consuming sale process or in terms of delivery of product or services of
business. Poor quality of services: Another issue which could be the result of market changes can
reflect on client's attitude. Under the presented issue poor quality of services could
degrade the brand image of respective company.
 High prices: With effect of problem of communication faced at particular business,
wastages of resources can be initiated. This in turn will increase the operational cost and
ultimately will reflect towards high prices charged to clients of the business. It is another
issue faced by client of the business which in turn can reduce the sales activities of the
business firm (Pedro, Leitão, and Alves, 2019).
Conclusion
From the analysis of above report document, it can be concluded that, there are multiple
problems that could be faced by provided business while approaching to specific business task.
In the above report, illustrations over such problems faced at respective businesses were being
evaluated and concluded under some top issues faced by universities and their most important
area of concentration.
