The project is based upon the London School of Science & Technology
(LSST) which is a privately managed college in Academic sector. In the
current situation, the firm has around the 4000 students who study in it.
Further, the presentation will describe the issue which a firm needs to
be address and describe the competition and target audience as well as
scope of market.
Further, PPT will describe the problem which is identified through the
company’s background and IT background etc.

COMPETITION
Through the company’s working environment, it is analyzed that College is facing issue
with its new entrants, as it is one of the biggest colleges in UK.
But from last many years, new entrant into the market is consider as a biggest problem for
LSST.
On the other side, company needs qualified and experience staff members so that they
provide the best services to their customers.
Further, LSST also decided to explore the potential new market through providing advance
techniques to their students. Through its IT project plan, it is also analyzed that there is a
strong competition in the market if it start offering online education to their students.

TARGET
The company’s target audiences are school pass students and high
profile families, who can afford the college fees.
It is so because as company is start focusing on investing into the
advance technology and that is why, there is a need to target the
people who can afford the fees.
On the other side, by analyzing the competitor’s strategy the
company will easily invest and develop strategy accordingly. This
will assist to provide best service to their students and sustain the
brand image at international level.
