Introduction
In this following conculting report description of promotional campaigns for Regent College is given. It
specifically focuses on a program being brought forward known as Thinking into Character (TiC)
(Brookfield, 2020) . It is a program for professional development to develop students in Regent
college to set goals and objectives for themselves which will also help them in enhancing their personality
at professional as well as personal level.

Background:
Akosua has 10 years of experience in various colleges including HE colleges and FE colleges and
will now be a part of regent college and will support the plan of Thinking into Character (TiC) which is
developed by its management. Akosua is the client here who is pursuing PhD in philosophy and have
completed her business administration as well as MPhil. When discussing about her personal life she is a
mother of a six year old Ama. She is also working as a yoga instructor in her spare time.
Summarised Problem:
The promotional campaign specifically consists of different issues like it will be required by Akosua
and her management team to come up with an effective channel through which they can spread brand
awareness and also another problem that came in front was to recruit participants for the program as much
of the students and different individuals that are linked with Regent college are not specifically known
about the the latest program which is Thinking into Character that will help them in giving appropriate
knowledge in relation to different aspects that may help them in developing a much more effective and
efficient future for themselves considering the personal development needs and requirements. On the
other hand, if it is talk about some other problems then these are:
Only after resolving have issue with management she can work on development of program
for students as well as staff in the university.
Along with this in the process of thinking required for development of program, testimonials,
leaflets related to information or various other issues which might create problems for the
client.
She also needs to make sure that all the requirements which are mentioned by Regent
College should be fulfilled and the program must be able to provide professional as well as
personal development to all the participants efficiently.
